Why do we need your first and last name?
As our club has grown to more than 1,200 registered members plus around 600 non-member contacts, our Board of Directors has required full names so that we can associate an e-mail address with the real person behind it, as well as distinguish among individuals that share the same first name. We use RSVP lists, alphabetized by last name, to control admission to club events.
Double opt-in! For our mutual protection to prevent spam or unauthorized subscription by a third party, our e-mail list is double opt-in. This means that, after you submit the form at left, you will receive an e-mail to verify that the address is yours. You must click on the link in the verification e-mail to complete your subscription.
Mailchimp
We use Mailchimp, an e-mail marketing solution,
to send you invitation and reminder e-mails for our events and other announcements. Please read Mailchimp's privacy policy and terms of use.
Evite
On rare occasions for large events, we use Evite, a free online invitation service,
to send you invitation and reminder e-mails for our events. At your option, you
may sign up for a free Evite account to use convenient features
such as online access to all your invitations, automatic event reminders, etc.
When subscribing to Evite, make sure the "news and
promotions" box is unchecked if you do not want to receive promotions from
Evite or its business partners. Please read Evite's privacy policy and terms of service.
Privacy

Since Evite is advertiser-supported, you
may see ads on associated web pages and in some e-mails. Privacy policies vary
among advertisers, so we recommend you refrain from clicking on any ad unless
you have read, understood, and are comfortable with each advertiser's policy.
By submitting a request to subscribe to the WildFyre Society
e-mail list, you indicate that you have read, understood, and accepted the
privacy policies and terms of service (or use) of both e-mail services that we use, and
allow us to include your e-mail address on our confidential distribution lists
for both.
IMPORTANT: We
do not share our e-mail list!
To update an existing subscription or to delete it (unsubscribe), use the appropriate link in the footer of the latest e-mail you have received from our club via Mailchimp.
IMPORTANT: An unsubscription from a registered
member is treated as a resignation from the club without any notice or
follow-up.
