Background	Now independent, Arco Iris Nude Yoga for Men in Fort Lauderdale was originally a WildFyre Society event. The club proudly continues to promote it.
Description	Geared to beginners but also accommodating those at an intermediate level, the class covers a variety of yoga postures, breathing, and meditation / visualization in a relaxed, naked environment at Broward Dance Academy, 3215 NW 10th Ter, Suite 201, Fort Lauderdale. Regular classes are limited to 18 students on a first-come, first-served basis, so arrive early! The door opens 30 minutes before class and is locked as soon as the class is full. Reservations strongly encouraged (but accepted for next class only); full fee charged for no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice. Special classes are also offered occasionally. (See below.)
Special classes	Partner yoga (singles welcome, and are matched with someone to work with) and challenge yoga classes nearly monthly. Tantric and massage workshops from time to time. See calendar or contact instructor for dates and details.

Description	Based on the Sivananda yoga in which the instructor is certified, the class is open to men at all levels. With a continuing flow of reiki, students are led through breathing exercises, a specific order of postures, and final relaxation in a private studio near North Miami. Classes are limited to 14 students, with registration and payment required in advance. Check schedule for availability.

Description	Great for beginners, but challenging enough for those with experience. Pace is slow and steady with an emphasis on correct posture to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility, along with proper breathing. Relax through a full range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers. 90-minute class is limited to 25 students, with registration and payment — $15 by Venmo in advance (4 classes for $40) at @MensYoga or (954) 763-2955, or cash. Arrive a few minutes early and bring a yoga mat, a large towel, and water. Located at 2000 E Oakland Park Blvd, Suite 110, Fort Lauderdale.
